Return & Refund Policy

Information regarding order cancellations and product returns.

1. 7-Day Return Window

At Shree Za Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a strict 7-Day Return and Cancellation Policy. You may request a return or cancellation for physical retail products within exactly 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Retail Products

To be eligible for a return, physical retail products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

3. MLM Rank Revocation & Commission Clawback

If you request a refund for an order that initially qualified your account for an Activation Rank (Associate or Distributor), your MLM distributor status will be revoked. Consequently, any one-time Gift Vouchers (GV) credited to you, and any Direct Sponsor, Matching, or Generation commissions distributed to your upline as a result of that specific order, will be reversed (clawed back) automatically by the system to prevent fraud.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited directly back to your Main Wallet. You can choose to use this refunded balance for future purchases or place a withdrawal request to have the funds transferred to your registered bank account after standard administrative deductions.
