The rules and guidelines for using Biz Life Mart services.

1. Account Registration & KYC

By registering on Shree Za Mart, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. As per our compliance policy, a single PAN card can be linked to a maximum of 3 user accounts. An approved KYC is mandatory to process any commission withdrawals.

2. Retail Activation & Gift Vouchers (GV)

To activate an MLM business account, users must accumulate Sales Points (SP) through regular retail purchases. Achieving 100 SP activates the Associate rank, and 200 SP activates the Distributor rank. Upon first-time activation, users receive a one-time GV Cashback bonus. Gift Vouchers hold no cash value and can only be used to discount up to 50% of the total cart value on eligible retail product purchases.

3. MLM & Compensation Plan

Our compensation plan follows a rigorous mathematical structure:

  • Matching Bonus: 1000 SP Left + 1000 SP Right equals 1 Reward Point (RP). Daily capping is strictly enforced at ₹3,000/day for Associates and ₹6,000/day for Distributors (subject to Manager Club qualification).
  • Generation Bonus: Distributed across 10 levels (Total 300%). However, this is subject to a strict flush rule: every 100 SP in Direct Business unlocks 2 generation levels. Unlocked levels cannot claim lapsed/flushed commissions retroactively.
  • Franchise ROI: Franchise purchases of ₹10,000 yield a fixed daily ROI of ₹20. This ROI is unconditionally capped at a maximum lifetime return of ₹10,000 per unit.

4. User Responsibilities

Distributors and Franchise owners must conduct business ethically. Engaging in fraudulent activities, misrepresentation of the company's earning potential, or cross-sponsoring will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending funds.
